CWP Wellness Program
The following is a 12 month wellness program, and can be tailored to meet your employer and employee needs. The program is based on key components utilized collaboratively to track progress, and to implement initiatives to positively impact your employees overall health. We will work closely with you and your insurance provider to assist in reducing costs, identifying health risks, enhancing the overall health of your workforce, reducing absenteeism, and improving employee morale. The below program also includes all administrative fees, scheduling fees, research, incentives and etc.:
- Health Risk Assessments (HRA's)
- Biometric screenings (Including Cholesterol, Glucose, PSA, Ovarian Cancer Screening (CA125) and Thyroid TSH)
- Statistics/comparisons provided twice per year on health issues of greatest concern (i.e. blood pressure, obesity, diabetes risk, etc.)
- Monthly blood pressure screening
- Annual flu clinic
- Annual health fair
- 2-3 presentations per year on various health issues (i.e. smoking cessation, heart disease, financial wellness, diabetes, weight management, etc., depending on assessed employee health risks)
- Monthly meeting with Wellness Programmer
- Weekly email health tip(s) for your employees
- Incentives (i.e. gift cards) for participating in annual HRA's, laboratory screenings and health fair
- Milestone certificate for employees making the greatest achievements in their overall health (awarded to 5 employees twice per year)
